Anantnag, Mar 26: The Anantnag Prabandhak Committee, Nagbal Anantnag, has officially declared the unopposed election results for its Managing Committee after the deadline for nomination withdrawals expired today.
Initially, the post of President was set for a contest between two candidates. However, with the withdrawal of candidature by Sh. Hira Lal Jad, the remaining candidate, Sh. Shiban Krishan Kandroo has been elected unopposed as the President of the committee.
With this development, the following candidates have also been elected unopposed to key positions within the Managing Committee:
• Bimal Kumar Wantoo – Vice President
• Dileep Kumar Handoo – General Secretary
• Navin Bhushan – Secretary
Chief Election Officer B.L. Bhat (Advocate) extended his congratulations to the newly elected members and expressed confidence in their leadership.
