Bhim Kranti Sena organizes grand car-bike maharally in Jammu

Jammu, Mar 30: The Bhim Kranti Sena, under the leadership of its president, Sh. Ajay Thapa, organized a grand Car-Bike Maharally that witnessed enthusiastic participation from Ambedkarite supporters. The rally was flagged off by Sh. Sham Lal Basson, former corporator and president of the All J&K Dalit Chetna Manch, alongside other dignitaries, including Madam Sunita Bangotra, Mr. Romi from Punjab, R.L. Bangotra, Davinder Ravidasia, Priya Rani, Sagar Bains, Ramesh Lal, Des Raj, Bodh Raj, Ballu Kumar, Er. Surinder Devgowda, Raju Bhagat, Tony Ghai, Ram Krishan, Sachin Thapa, Sahil Balgotra, and Parshotam Thapa.
The rally commenced from its starting point and passed through key areas, including Purkhu, Domana, Muthi, Ploura, and Canal Head, before being warmly received at a designated stop by the Adhoc Committee of All J&K Guru Ravi Dass Sabha (Regd.), led by its convener, Er. R.C. Bhasin. Er. Darshan Kalsotra, along with the members of the Adhoc Committee and Election Board, welcomed the participants by distributing water bottles and Halwa.
Continuing its route, the rally made its way through Shri Guru Ravi Dass Chowk, Dogra Chowk, Tawi Bridge, Vikram Chowk, and Jammu University before culminating at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Chowk in Jammu. The event concluded with a gathering where prominent leaders from SC/ST/OBC communities delivered speeches emphasizing the ideals and mission of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. A special recital of “Bheem Vandana” was presented by the daughter of Sh. Ajay Thapa, adding a spiritual essence to the event.
A Langar was organized for all participants, symbolizing unity and service. Addressing the attendees, Sh. Sham Lal Basson urged everyone to participate in the grand state-level celebration of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary on April 14, 2025, at Gurudwara Shri Guru Ravi Dass Ji Maharaj, H.O. Krishna Nagar, Jammu, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The event will feature speeches from esteemed national-level Ambedkarite personalities.
Sh. Sham Lal Basson also commended the dedicated efforts of Bhim Kranti Sena members, acknowledging their commitment and sincerity. Expressing gratitude, Sh. Ajay Thapa extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to all the young Ambedkarite supporters who traveled from Punjab to be part of the event.
The rally successfully reinforced the vision and mission of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, leaving a lasting impact on the participants and the community.
