Poonch, Mar 30: As I am blessed to be in Makkah and Madinah for Umrah during this holy month of Ramadan, I extend my heartfelt Eid Mubarak greetings to everyone.
A special Eid Mubarak to the people of Poonch, Pir Panjal, Jammu & Kashmir, India, and to Muslims across the world. May this Eid bring peace, happiness, and countless blessings into your lives.
To my dear brothers and sisters in Haveli Constituency, Mandi, and Poonch, I am thinking of you all and praying for your well-being while sitting in Masjid Al-Nabawi. May Allah bless your homes with Barakah, joy, and prosperity.
To the youth of Poonch, I pray that you achieve great success in every field, and that your dreams turn into reality, InshaAllah. I also humbly request you all to keep me in your prayers.
During my time in Makkah and Madinah, I had the privilege of meeting many people from Poonch, Rajouri, and the entire Pir Panjal region at iftars and suhoor. I witnessed firsthand their hard work and dedication as they strive to support their families. However, it deeply saddens me that our government has done so little for these hardworking individuals, forcing many to remain separated from their families for 20 to 30 years.
InshaAllah, with Allah’s grace, we will work towards a brighter future—one where families can reunite, and our youth have better opportunities in their homeland.
I extend my deepest gratitude for the love and support of my people. May this Eid bring prosperity and happiness to every home. |
