| Kotwal demands adequate arrangements for Moungari Mela | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Udhampur Apr 17 Lord Shiv Parvati Caves Shrine Development Board Chairman Swatenter Dev Kotwal has demanded to declare Moungari mela a grand heritage mela this year. Kotwal today met Deputy Commissioner Ajay Khajuria and discussed the matter. He also demanded proper arrangements for 3-day Shiv Parvati Moungari Mela commencing from May 14.
Kotwal also demanded proper arrangements like like drinking water, electricity, communication, fool proof security, transport arrangements besides putting up stalls by various Government’s departments for creating awareness among the people .He also demanded renovation ,repair and black topping of one and half kilometer link road up to Lord Shiva temple so that maximum people can visit the Mela.
