Ramban police attach properties under UAPA in Gool area

RAMBAN, Apr 4: Ramban Police attached properties under Section 25 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act in Gool area.
In a significant move to combat terrorism, the Ramban Police have attached 02 properties i.e Agricultural land measuring 10.18 Kanals under section 25 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, 1967 (UAPA) Details of properties attached is as:
1. Land measuring 07Kanal 03 Marla registered in the name of Mohd. Sharief son of Mohd Sultan resident of Dalwah Tehsil Gool District Ramban, falling under Khasra No. 282 Min,274 Min 664/544/361 Khewat No 98 and 99 Located at village Dalwah Tehsil Gool District Ramban.
?2. Land measuring 03 Kanal 15 Marla registered in the name of Mohd Younis son of Gullu Gujjar resident of Hara Tehsil Gool District Ramban, falling under Khasra No. 129/330/193/402/363/343/214/182/124/127 Khewat No 51,52 and 55 located at village kalimasta Mohra Hara Tehsil Gool District Ramban.
All the attached properties have been duly recorded in revenue records, and notices prohibiting their sale or transfer have been served under the UAPA.
The attachment is linked to case FIR No. 04/2024 U/S 120-B/121-A/IPC, 13/18/20/39 UAPA of Police Station Gool and was executed in presence of Police team and an Executive Magistrate, ensuring full compliance with legal procedures.
It is to mention that during investigation of the above said case Police has already attached land measuring 23.13 Kanals in the month of February 2025 and today attached land measuring 10.18 Marla ,total land attached in the instant case=34.11 Kanals
This action marks a significant milestone in the ongoing investigation into unlawful and subversive activities in the region. It highlights the Ramban Police's dedication to neutralizing the threats to National security and maintaining peace and order.
