Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Apr 5: As part of the build-up to Rajouri Day celebrations, Valley View Army Public School (VVAPS), Rajouri, in collaboration with the Ace of Spades Division, organized a vibrant Painting Competition on the theme "Patriotism" within the school premises. Held on April 5, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who expressed their love for the nation through powerful imagery and creative expression. With brushes and colours in hand, young artists portrayed scenes of national pride, unity, and sacrifice-ranging from fluttering tricolours to brave soldiers defending the nation.
The event created a deeply emotional and patriotic atmosphere as students transformed their thoughts into visual tributes, celebrating India's rich legacy and valor.
School authorities noted that the competition not only showcased the students' artistic talents but also ignited a sense of national pride and awareness about the significance of Rajouri Day among the younger generation. Winners of the competition will be felicitated on Rajouri Day, April 13, 2025, during the main celebration event, where they will be honoured in the presence of distinguished guests and military dignitaries.
