Udhampur, Apr 12: A five-day Orientation/Refresher Course for officers and officials of the CID Wing of J&K Police concluded today at Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA), Udhampur.
The program, attended by 25 participants, focused on enhancing intelligence-gathering skills and updating officials on internal security trends.
The course featured expert lectures by academicians and veteran police officers, offering insights into the evolving role of CID in tackling anti-national activities.
At the valedictory function, Shri Rajinder Kumar Gupta, IPS, SSP and Deputy Director (Indoor/Trainings), emphasized inter-agency coordination and timely intelligence sharing for effective law enforcement. He also highlighted the digitization of the passport verification process and CID’s vital role in ensuring national security.
Inspector Kuldeep Krishan coordinated the course with support from Head Constable Sanjay Kumar. The program concluded with certificate distribution and a formal vote of thanks. |
