Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 15: Delhi Public School Jammu takes immense pride in announcing that Trishisva Proch, a talented student of Class VII-A, has achieved a remarkable feat by clinching the coveted title of 'Best Dancer' in the grand finale of Battle of Stars - Season 5, held in Jammu on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
This prestigious state-level dance competition saw participation from over 100 gifted dancers across Jammu & Kashmir, making Trishisva's victory a truly commendable achievement. In the final round, he captivated the judges and audience alike with an electrifying Bollywood Hip-Hop performance, earning him the title of 'Overall Champion' in the Senior Category. He was also felicitated with a Certificate of Appreciation for his outstanding performance.
Trishisva has received formal training in International, Western, and Bollywood freestyle dance forms. His passion for dance, discovered at an early age, has been nurtured with dedication and consistent effort. Over the years, he has won numerous accolades at both national and international platforms, solidifying his reputation as a rising star in the performing arts.
His versatility was further highlighted earlier this year when he won 1 Gold and 1 Silver medal at the J&K UT Gymnastics Championship 2025, showcasing his prowess beyond the dance floor.
The Management of DPS Jammu, under the visionary guidance of Hon'ble President-RCT Sh. M.K. Ajatshatru Singh Ji, Distinguished PVC Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh Ji, and Hon'ble Director Sh. S.S. Sodhi Ji, along with Principal Ms. Ruchi Chabra and the entire faculty, extended heartfelt congratulations to Trishisva and his proud parents on this exceptional achievement.
