Coalition partners pay tribute to Jabbar

Srinagar: In a first such appearance in Ganderbal district, National Conference and Congress leaders addressed a joint rally to pay tributes to the former minister, Shiekh Abdul Jabbar on his 19th death anniversary.

Among the leaders who addressed the rally at Lar area of the Ganderbal including Taj Mohidin of Congress who is one of the ten ministers in the ruling coalition, Mubark Gul, NC MLA from Eidgah, NC’s Syed Akhoon, Congress senior leader Muzaffar Ahmad Parrray and other activists.

After paying tributes to Sheikh Abdul Jabbar whose son Ishfaq Sheikh fought the last assembly polls unsuccessfully, Taj vowed to fulfill the promises made by the coalition partners.
