JAMMU, Apr 16: Mission Shakti District Hub for Empowerment of Women Jammu, Social Welfare Department, organized an empowering awareness session at Women Cell Gandhinagar today. The initiative was designed to inform the Police Officials and survivors about various government schemes focused on uplifting and supporting women, with a broader mission of fostering gender equality and strengthening the role of women in society.
Mission Shakti's team of officials led an informative session covering an array of government programs that cater specifically to women's welfare, economic empowerment, safety, and security.
Insp Arti Thakur SHO Women Cell, Shagun Manchanda District Mission Coordinator, Mission Shakti, Officials of Women cell and Mission Shakti HEW Jammu were present during the programme.
Mission Shakti DHEW Jammu continues to lead from the front in creating meaningful change and the session was led by the interaction with the officials and beneficiaries. |
