| Thousands join Prabhat Pheri | | | Early Times Report
A large number of devotees participated in the splendid "PRABHAT PHERI" as the part of Shri Bhagwan Parshuram Ji Jyanti celebrations. The curiosity and enthusiasm of Jammuites was very much visible on this auspicious occasion dedicated to Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Ji
Early in the morning a large gathering of people especially younger generation and females assembled at Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Janamotsav Shobha Yartra Samiti at Darbar Gar road near Sata Naryan Ji Temple Panjthirti.
The devotees amidst chanting and beatings of drums flowed through various lanes of old Jammu like Chowk Chabutra, Jain Bazar, Peer Mitha, Ghas Mandi, Purani Mandi, etc.
The devotional procession was joined by the devotees from different communities thus spreading the universal message of ‘SARVDHARM SAMBHAV’. The devotees from old Jammu city and other parts of the city participated with full devotion and enthusiasm.
The melodious and devotional singing style of groups created an Aura of spiritual festival and everyone was carried away by the devotional chanting.
Undoubtedly, the Parbhat Pheri not only marked the beginning of BHAGWAN SHRI PARSHURAM JAYANTI celebrations but also revived the traditional values related with Dogra soil.
