| Political parties exploiting youth: AISF | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 20: All India students federation State Gen. Secy Riaz Atish while addressing a press conference said that the major problem which we the youth of our state are facing is the growing unemployment that has hazardous consequences on our lives.
As per a release, he said that unemployment leads to serious consequences like exploitation, crime, anti nationalism, terrorism, prostitution, frustration, drug addiction, depression and suicide and these consequences are infront of all of us.
All the political parties are exploiting youth in the name of employment and are using youth power continuosly for contesting elections and added National Conference and Congress-I had promised youth to provide employment or unemployment allowance in their election manifestos and after elections National Conference and Congress made coalition government but both the parties have failed and they have forgotten their election time promises with the youth.
State Gen. Secy. Riaz further said that the only solution to end all the problems mentioned above is to provide us our basic fundamental rights i.e. Right to employment. According to this right every citizen who are attended the age of 18 years should get employment and in case government fails to provide employment they should get unemployment allowance of Rs 3000 per month so as to prevent the bad consequences of unemployment the release added.
