Jammu , April 20: An emergent meeting of Jammu and Kashmir Trade Union Congress was held under the chairmanship of Subash Chander Sharma, President of the Union. As per a release, in the meeting main agenda was ignoring the private sector employees with regard to implementation of with Pay Commission when SRO such issued in favour of the Govt. employees.
In his address he said that Private employees are also part and parcel of State Govt and deserves to be given same treatment as is being given to the State Govt. employees. He further added that Private Sector employees are rightfully entitled to the benefits under with Pay Commission on the same analogy as that of Govt. employees, the release added.
