ARSH NGO organizes distribution drive for specially-abled children
4/28/2025 9:58:19 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 28: "Philanthropy should be an integral part of every capable individual's life." With this belief, ARSH NGO - largely operated by homemakers - continues to take meaningful steps towards social service. Today, the organization took another noble initiative by extending help to speech- and hearing-impaired children.
Under the patronage of the Social Welfare Center, students received stationery items including notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, etc., under the guidance of Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain (State Yoga Commissioner and State Chairman of Indian Yoga Association).
The campaign was organized by Mrs. Shikha Jain, President of ARSH NGO, an energetic and inspiring young woman who is consistently engaged in supporting the visually impaired, cancer patients, leprosy homes, and facilitating marriages for the underprivileged and weaker sections of society.
This noble cause was actively supported by Dr. Priya Dutta, Sheetal, and Aruna Patil, along with Diptee, Kavita, Neenu, and Simmi, who contributed physically and financially. All the volunteers treat this service as an act of worship and believe they are fulfilling the will of the Almighty. They strongly believe that everyone should always think of and work for the needy and the underprivileged.
Roshan Lal Bhan, the school Principal, coordinated today's event and played a vital role in its success. He also delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks to the organizers and members of ARSH NGO.
ARSH NGO remains committed to contributing meaningfully to such social causes in the future as well.
