JAMMU, Apr 29: The Jammu & Kashmir Branch of the Northern India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) successfully organized a high-profile seminar today at ICAI Bhawan, Canal Road, Jammu, focusing on the New Income Tax Bill, 2025. CA Raj Chawla, Past Central Council Member of ICAI and an influential figure in the MSME sector, delivered the second session on "Impact of Budget 2025 on Section 43Bh". He brought forth practical insights from his extensive experience in taxation and MSME policy-making.
Dr. CA Girish Ahuja, a veteran educator in direct taxation and a prolific author, concluded the seminar with his session on "Income Tax Bill, 2025 - A Comprehensive View". Dr. Ahuja, a Fellow of ICAI and a Ph.D. from Delhi University, shared valuable perspectives on the upcoming legislative changes and their broader impact.
