JAMMU, May 1: Jammu Policebeat drums and made announcements against proclaimed offender in Miran Sahib area. In compliance to the Hon'ble Court order regarding the proclamation issued under Sections 87/88 Cr.P.C,82/83 Central Cr.P.C. and 84/85 BNS in respect of absconding Ashok Kumar @ Shoka, S/O Mool Raj, R/O Kirpind, Tehsil R.S. Pura in Case FIR No. 82/2014 under Sections 307/382/120-B/201 RPc & Case FIR No. 125/2014 under Sections 400/395/342/323/382/120-B/34/201 RPC and Sections 3/4/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Miran Sahib.
A copy of the proclamation was has been pasted on the accused person's house, along with the public announcement made by beating a drum in the area.
To proceed further into the matter, a notice of his proclamation was pasted in public places as well as on the gate of house of the accused person and announcements regarding the same was also made, by beating the drums in and around the vicinity of his house, to aware the general public with the request that if anyone has information with regards to the whereabouts of the Proclaimed Offender may kindly be shared with PS immediately, otherwise his property would be attached under section relevant provisions of law. |
