Currently serving as Head of HR - Rail and Inland Terminals and Bulk Business, SCO, Gurugram, Mr. Sharma drew from his extensive industry experience to deliver a highly informative session on Competency Mapping and Assessment Mechanisms in the corporate sector.
During the session, Mr. Sharma shared key insights into how modern organizations identify and nurture both behavioural and functional competencies, integrating them into broader career development and succession planning frameworks. A significant portion of his talk focused on the 9-Box Model, a widely used tool for mapping employee performance and potential.
