| Inter-School Zonal Level Tournament held | | | Early Times Report
DODA, May 2: An Inter-School Zonal Level Sports Competition was today organised at Ghat under the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh and the guidance of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Pritam Singh. The Zonal Physical Education Office coordinated the tournament featuring spirited contests in Volleyball, Kabaddi, and Kho-Kho. The event drew enthusiastic participation from 162 students representing different schools of the Ghat Zone. The young athletes showcased remarkable talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competition, making the event a vibrant celebration of youth and physical fitness. Principal of Government Higher Secondary School Ghat Dinesh Kumar was the chief guest. He lauded the participants for their dedication and energy. PEL and I/C ZPEO Surinder Kumar served as the Nodal Officer and played a crucial role in organizing and overseeing the event. The successful execution of the tournament was made possible by the collective efforts of all PEMs, PETs, and REKs.
