| Four hundred BSNL phones out of order | | | Sarita Jamwal
Udhampur Apr 21- Four hundred BSNL land line connections in Shiv Nager area out of order from last three days and despite complaints services could not be restored till today due to which number of commercial and local subscribers of Shiv Nager area from Military hospital remained cut off from the outer world.
Local subscribers have alleged that BSNL has failed to provide better services to its customers despite charging high from subscribers and in comparison to it private service providers are doing well. They added that from last three days phones went dead in the area but BSNL is doing nothing to restore services. On the other hand when BSNL authorities were contacted they said that due to cable break down on highway service went off and efforts are on to restore it by tomorrow.
