Jammu, Apr 21 - With the approval of the Election Commission of India, the government has ordered transfers and postings in the Information Department.
According to the order Mohammad Ashraf, Assistant Director, Information, presently posted as PRO to Inspector General of Police, Kashmir has been transferred and posted in the office of Director General of Police.
Zahoor Ahmad Mir, Assistant Director, Information, under orders of transfer to Leh, has been temporarily attached in the Directorate of Information along with the post. His work shall be looked after by District Information Officer, Leh, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Nazir Ahmad Mir, Assistant Director, Information, under orders of transfer to District Information Centre, Kargil, has been temporarily attached in the Directorate of Information along with the post. His work shall be looked after by the District Information Officer, Kargil, in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Tsering Wangchuk, District Information Officer, Leh, has been transferred and posted as District Information Officer, Rajouri, against an available vacancy.
Sajad Hussain, Field Publicity Officer, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as District Information Officer, Budgam, vice Adeel Saleem.
Vivek Phonsa, Information Officer under orders of transfer as District Information Officer, Kathua has been attached in the Directorate of Information till further orders.
Adeel Saleem, District Information Officer, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as District Information Officer, Pulwama, against an available vacancy.
Avleem Kour Bali, Youth Information Officer, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Field Publicity Officer, Jammu, against an available vacancy. Mirdhu Slathia, Information Officer in the Directorate of information, has been transferred and posted as District Information Officer, Kathua, against an available vacancy.
