Karra pays tributes to Dr Thapa , other martyrs, seeks compensation for victims | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, May 11: JKPCC Chief Shri Tariq Hameed Karra has paid rich tributes to Dr Raj Kumar Thapa, a senior JKAS officer,presently posted as ADDC Rajouri,who was martyred on the line of duty. In a message JKPCC President described Dr Thapa as a committed officer who rendered exemplary services to the people and the nation.He commanded great respect amongst the people for his dedication and public dealings. He shall be remembered for his dedication and sacrifice for the nation.He shared the grief of the family besides colleagues and described a great loss to administration the society. He said government should recognize his services.Our and sacrifice for the nation.. Shri Karra also paid rich tributes to Shri Mohd Imtiyaz Sub Inspector of BSF and Subedar Major Pawan Kumar of Himachal, who attained martyrdom yesterday while serving the nation and defending the territory in Jammu region. He conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families and prayed for peace to departed souls, on behalf of entire rank & file of the party. JKPCC Chief also recalled the sacrifices of all those who lost lives in the Pakistan shelling during past few days and conveyed deep sympathies with the bereaved families .He also extended sympathies with all those who were injured and suffered damages in multiple ways. He urged the centre govt and the UT administration to extend all kinds financial help and compensation to all those who suffered huge loss during the period in Pak shelling. |
