Operation Sindoor: A wake-up call for Pakistan: Rohiin Chandan
5/14/2025 10:16:53 PM
Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 14: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Rohiin Chandan today hailed the exemplary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the unparalleled bravery of the Indian armed forces in their decisive response to the tragic Pahalgam terror attack on April 22, 2025. Rohin Chandan, in a powerful statement, hailed Operation Sindoor as a monumental achievement in India's fight against terrorism, describing it as a "wake-up call" for Pakistan and its sympathetic people.
He emphasized that the operation, executed under the strategic, visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, demonstrated India's unwavering resolve to safeguard national security and deliver a robust counteroffensive against threats.
He emphasized that the Indian government's strategic approach under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership was instrumental in delivering a robust counteroffensive. "The Pahalgam attack was a barbaric act of terrorism that shook the nation.
However, under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our armed forces executed Operation Sindoor with precision and strength, targeting terrorist infrastructure across the border. This was not just a military operation; it was a statement of India's zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism," Chandan stated. He further praised the government's meticulous planning, which ensured that the strikes were "targeted, non-escalatory, and effective," dismantling terror camps in locations like Bahawalpur and Muridke, as confirmed by official sources.
Chandan underscored that the Indian military's success in neutralizing over 100 terrorists during the operation, launched on May 6-7, 2025, demonstrated the country's dominance in modern warfare.
"The way our forces struck with missiles and drones, scattering Pakistan's defenses 'like straws,' as Prime Minister Narendra Modi aptly described, is a testament to India's technological and strategic prowess," he remarked, referencing Narendra Modi's address to the nation on May 12, 2025. He also commended the government for its diplomatic firmness, noting that the ceasefire agreement reached on May 10 was contingent on Pakistan's assurance to cease all terrorist activities, a condition Modi reiterated as non-negotiable. Rohin expressed pride in the unity displayed by the nation during the crisis, stating, "From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, the Pahalgam attack united us in grief and resolve. The government's decisive action has restored national morale and sent a clear message to our adversaries: India will retaliate on its own terms."
In conclusion, Chandan called Operation Sindoor a "doctrinal shift" in India's counter-terrorism policy, echoing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's words. He urged citizens to support the government's ongoing efforts to ensure peace and security while saluting the armed forces, intelligence agencies, and scientists who made the operation a success.
"This victory belongs to every Indian. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, we have shown the world that no enemy of Bharat will go unpunished, and Prime Minister Narendera Modi will be remembered for years to come as a noble soul and the tallest leader of India, he said.
