| Civil secretariat lower grade employees hold meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 22: The lower grade employees unions of civil secretariat in a meeting have express gratitude to the chief minister Umar Abdullah and finance minister A. R. Rather in implementing 6th pay commission recommendation to state Government employees, the meeting chaired by Abdul Majid also thanked the CM releasing DA also w.e.f. July 2008
As per press release, member said, that no doubt the SRO is silent about the arrears of the 6th pay commission and the HRA is less by 5% but the lower grade employees Union assure the govt. employees that these issues will be taken by the union with the Chief Minister and Finance Minister and Chief Secretary during the opening of offices at Srinagar in the 2nd week of May, and we are sure that the government will definitely solve the un-attended demands which have been left out.
