| 125th Nirvan year of MD Saraswati observed | | | Early Times report
Jammu, Apr 22: The 125th Nirvan year of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati, founder of Arya-Samaj is being celebrated throughout the country. In this context Arya Pritinidi Sabha of J&K today organized a shoba-yatra which passed through various markets of the city.
The main attraction of the yatra was display of scientific aspect of ‘Hawan’, which control the diseases and pollution. Beside this chanting of ved mantras and Bhajans by the devotees took the attention of common people. A three day programme comprising yoga by Patanjali, Shanti Yagya by group of Panni Gurukul Benaras and Vedic preching by Vedic scholars will take place.
