| Anjuman Farogh Urdu holds literary meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 22: The Anjuman Farogh-e-Urdu hold a literary meeting at Danish Kadah under the chairmanship of its president Amin Banihali here today. The members in the meeting discussed number of literary matters the main being the treatment meted out to the urdu language by the government in the state where the Urdu is a official language. It was desired by the members that Anjuman should approach the Chief Minister in writing and request him to pay special attention towards this language.
It was decided in the meting that Urdu dohas book entitled “Rahiman Ranag” by late Abid Peshawari will be released on April 26, at K.L. Saigal hall at 11 AM.
Poets who recited their latest compositions on the occasion were Amin Banihali, Yousuf Usmani, Tanvir Bhaderwahi, Malik Abdul Latief, Amin Sabunia, Aas Bhaderwahi, Rehmat Banihali and Nargis Sitara.
