| Ration and k.oil dealers to display rate lists, stock position | | |
UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 23 To streamline the distribution of ration in district Udhampur, the Assistant Director, CA& PD Udhampur and Reasi convened a meeting Ration and Kerosene Oil dealers at Reasi and Katra yesterday which was attended by all the ration dealers of Reasi and Katra.
To check the loop holes in the distribution system of ration and k.oil, the Assistant Director, CA & PD directed all the ration dealers to prominently display rate lists, stock position and working hours and issue the ration and k.oil after marking an entry on ration cards of the beneficiaries besides maintaining the record register daily. The dealers who retain the ration cards of the beneficiaries at their establishments would have to face severe action under rules, he added. |
