Udhampur, Apr 22- For the attention of polling agents of political parties deployed in all the three Assembly segments of Udhampur district, the District Election Officer, Udhampur, Ajay Khajuria has asked the polling agents that they must report their polling stations before 6.30 A.M. on the day of Lok Sabha poll on April 23 to witness the mock poll exercise to be conducted by Presiding Officers on each polling station.
For the convenience of voters, the DEO has urged the voters to bring with them Election photo Identity Cards (EPICs) on the day of polling and in case of non-receipt of EPICs, they could cast their vote by bringing alternate documents of identification like Ration Card, PRC, Arms License, Pan Card, Passport, Service I-Card, Pension Book, Railway I-Cards, Freedom Fighter I-Cards, NREGA job cards, Student I-Card, Bank/Post Office Pass book, SC,ST,OBC certificate, Physically handicap card and property documents such as Patta, Registered deed etc.
