| Poonch blast incident or plot? | | Four arrested, interrogating in JIC | | Early Times Report Jammu,April Surankote police arrested four suspects in connection with the Surankote blast which occurred in the afternoon resulting death of five persons and injuries to seven. They were sent to Joint Interrogation Centre, Jammu for sustain questioning. According to sources four persons identified as Abdul Aziz son of Mohd Shafi,Vilayat Hussain son of Lal Khan,Wazir Mohd son of Mir Mohd and Mohd Zameer son of Mohd Bashir all residents of Bufliaz have their hands in Surankote landmine explosion. It is stated that the blast was well knitted plot to kill the innocents. Surankote Police has registered FIR under section ¾ ESA,302,307,120 B RPC against them and sent them to Joint Interrogation Centre for sustain questioning, sources maintained. Though the police is tight lipped over the matter but it is believed that these are the four persons who planted the landmine on road. They were being interrogated in JIC. Where as three persons among seven who received injuries namely Mohd Fazal,Mohd Ishraq,Javed Iqbal,Mohd Majid,Mohd Haniz,Lal Mohd and Fouzia in landmine were shifted to GMC hospital for treatment.Chief Minister Omar Abdullaha had also given instructions to the authorities to speed up the investigation. The incident occurred when a Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK12,1795 was going from Surankote to Maraha area resulting killing of five persons and injuries to seven.
