Addressing the gathering, Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial President of National Conference, praised the commitment of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's government in delivering on its electoral promises. "The present government headed by Omar Abdullah has demonstrated unwavering commitment to empower women through swift and effective implementation of various welfare schemes," he said.
