| Soz addresses party functionaries in South Kashmir | | | Early Times Report
Anantnag, Apr 24: The union minister of water resources and President Pradesh Congress Committee Prof. Saiffudin Soz addressed Congress leaders, workers of District Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama here today, and urged upon them present in the meeting to whole heartedly support Dr. Mehboob Beigh, who is fighting from Anantnag Parliamentary constituency. He said that pressing the button on NC symbol (Plough) will mean direct support to the UPA which is going to form the Government at the Centre. He also said that people support and vote for NC in Kashmir valley will also mean rejection of communal and disruptive politics of BJP. He further said that central government and the coalition Government in the state will remain in service of the people of the state and development process especially provision of employed to unemployed educated youth.
At another meeting at Trisal (Homshlibug) Soz urged upon the people whole heartedly support NC candidate Dr. Mehboob Beigh in the elections. Beigh also addressed the meeting and urged upon the people vote en-mass for NC candidate at the time of polling.
