JALANDHAR, June 6: Lovely Professional University (LPU) is privileged to welcome the Hon'ble Governor of Punjab, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, to its campus on June 9, Monday. As part of the visit, Shri Kataria will be the chief guest at the "Operation Sindoor Vijay Yatra"- a heartfelt tribute by LPU to the brave heroes in uniform. This culturally meaningful event celebrates the spirit of patriotism, tradition, and unity, resonating deeply with the university's ethos of nation-building through education.
Following the ceremony, the Governor will attend a Vice-Chancellors' and Directors' Conference, bringing together academic leaders from all the goverment private and autonomous universities, colleges, and institutes across Punjab.
The conference will feature focused sessions on key topics such as the Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP), Grant-in-Aid schemes of the Department of Science and Technology, and an open-house discussion aimed at strengthening collaboration and policy direction in higher education. |
