JAMMU, June 6: Jammu & Kashmir, June 3, 2025 - Special Olympics Bharat, Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, proudly announced the appointment of Mr. Sunny Nanda-a passionate sports enthusiast and the Secretary of J&K Sports Speed Ball Association & director Reffa boules ind.federation -as the Assistant Director of Special Olympics Bharat - JKUT.
The appointment letter was formally handed over by Mr. Gourav Gupta, President of Special Olympics Bharat - JKUT, who extended his best wishes to Mr. Nanda for continued success and dedication toward empowering athletes with intellectual disabilities in the Union Territory.
Also gracing the occasion was Dr. Ashwani Johar, Founder President and Area Director of Special Olympics Bharat - JKUT. Dr. Johar extended his heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Nanda, expressing confidence in his ability to contribute significantly to the growth and achievements of the Special Olympics movement in J&K.
