RAJOURI, APR 25: About 17 women volunteers of Jamola Nehru Youth club led by Th. Nasir Khan took part in the national level programme on ‘Women and governance’ at Sriperumudur, Tamil Nadu. The camp was attened by the wormen belonging from Budhal, Kalakote, darhal and Rajouri areas.
Among the speakers who spoke on status of women in panchayat and gramsabha etc were Dr. Kalesh , Dr. M Saromithy , Dr. A Radhakrishan Nair, Dr. Gireesam, Dr Gopinath, Fr. Johnpeter, Dr. Sujatha.
