Early Times Report JAMMU, June 9: Cambridge International School, Purkhoo Camp, Domana, Jammu, organized a meaningful and impactful session on Mental Health and Stress Management for students of Grades IX to XII. The session was conducted in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris Association, Jammu, with the objective of fostering emotional well-being and resilience among adolescent students. The resource persons guided students to channel their energy towards the positive aspects of life. Students were introduced to basic yet effective meditation practices that can be adopted in everyday life to empower the soul and promote mental clarity. The session was highly interactive and well-received by students, who appreciated the opportunity to explore mindfulness and stress relief in a supportive setting. Speaking on the occasion, Mrs. Pooja Chib, Principal of the school, emphasized, "There is a dire need for emotionally strong youth in today's fast-paced world, and we are committed to doing our best to support and nurture them in every possible way." |
