Jammu, Apr 25- In a petition filed by retired employees of J&K State Road Transport Corporation seeking direction to the respondents to pay gratuity, leave salary, CP fund, COLA and other benefits in favour of the petitioners, Justice Virender Singh of J&K High Court Jammu Wing, after hearing Advocate Ashok Sharma appearing for the petitioners, issued notice to state of J&K through Chief Secretary, Commissioner/ Secretary Transport, Managing Director JKSRTC and General Manager (RHQ) JKSRTC returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile directed respondents to release the dues of admitted claim, if any.
