Memory seminar held.

Guinness World record holder and recipient of Limica book record, Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury held a seminar on Mind-Body-Soul, here today at Abhinav Theatre and shared various memory enhancing techniques with the students of various schools. Mayor of Jammu Municipal Corporation, Manmohan Choudhary inaugurated the two days long seminar.
In the seminar students of MHAC Nagbani, St. Peters, Alexander Memorial and DAV School, participated and learnt various memory enhancing techniques.
While addressing the gathering Biswaroop Roy Chouwdhury, inventor of Mnemonic Pen and author of bestseller Memory, Mind and Body laid focus on “imagination” and said that how it can be used as a tool for remembering the things.
While talking to the media persons he said that he is also holding a five days workshop at the same venue on September26, in which he will address on topics like, basics of memory, methods for concentration, mind body medical link and stress reducing techniques with the help of animation and audio visual methods.
