Hero Mindmine, a part of over US $ 2.2 Billion Hero group, India’s leading training and development organization organized a seminar on “Effective Communication” here today.
The national trainer, Hero mindamine Gurgaon, Vishal Sharma gave participants useful tips on communicational skills and deliberated about the various aspects of verbal and non-verbal communication.
Speaking on the occasion Sharma further emphasized on need for communicative skills in all walks of life and role of Hero mindamine in helping youths of the country for getting right kind of training to become globally competitive.
He further added that Hero mindamine which has achieved the ISO 9001 certification this year, has more than 75 centers all over India and is offering quality training in English Communication, BPO/Call center, Soft Skills, such as Sales and customer service and IELTS with placement assistance in international call centers.
The territory manager Hero Mindamine also attended the event and held an interactive sessions with the students and settled their queries.
