| One injured in suspicious gun shott | | | Early Times Report
Katra, April 25: One person received gun shot in his stomach in a shootout occurred outside Katra court complex here today. He was rushed to hospital where his condition is stated to be out of danger, where as police has seen the incident in different angle. One Raj Kumar alias Kaka son of Om Prakesh resident of Katra received gun shot outside the court complex. In his police complaint he alleged that he was standing outside the complex when three unknown youths fired upon him and rushed from the spot. Where as shopkeepers denied any incident occurred, they told police during investigation that they did not see any youth shooting. Police sensing foul smell is of the opinion that the gun shot might have caused due to his own negligence. According to the sources one Ajay Kumar alias Deepu Dana before entering to the court for hearing gave a gun to his companion, the gun was incidently fired resulting injuries to him as doctors also confirmed close range fire with burn injuries. The fact could be proved after police investigation, sources maintained.
