Be telling about the health tips. I want to tell something about our health. Firstly health is a kind of state where an individual completed fit and well being whether it is social, mental, physical etc and so on. But in today everybody is living in a luxurious life and make their dinner, breakfast and lunch with the help of online food apps like Zomato, swiggy and so on. But they do not know the harmful effects for our health. Whether we can make our meals in our homes is the best option rather than outside food. Avoidance of junk food: It is high rich in calories and low in nutrients and causes various diseases like cancer, obesity and so on. We should do regular exercise atlest 1 hour in the morning to make us healthy and fit. It also includes morning walk because in the morning the weather is quite pleasant and the air is freshblowing in all our the environment which benefits the human body. Balanced diet: Make a balanced diet and eat a healthy food which includes a nutrients rich food including fruits, vegetables, etc. in our daily life. Hydration: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to make our body hydrated throughout the day. Drink water before and after in our workout, exercise etc. Sleep: As a human body we should get enough sleep at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep at night. It can make the management of the stress.
