early times report

Jammu, June 15: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated 11 years of impactful governance under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a grand event organized as part of the "Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyaan" in Bahu Mandal, Jammu South. The milestone also coincided with the completion of one year of PM Modi’s third term in office. Addressing a vibrant gathering of BJP cadres, senior BJP stalwart and former Deputy Chief Minister of J&K Kavinder Gupta lauded the government’s unwavering commitment to welfare-driven governance and inclusive development, which has transformed the lives of millions across India.
Speaking at the event, Kavinder Gupta emphasized that the past 11 years of BJP-led rule have been marked by a steadfast focus on uplifting the poor and ensuring equitable growth. “The essence of our governance has been to empower every citizen, particularly the most marginalized, through schemes designed to enhance their quality of life,” Gupta stated. He highlighted flagship initiatives such as Ujjwala Yojana, which has provided clean cooking fuel to millions of households; PM Awas Yojana, enabling affordable housing for the underprivileged; Ayushman Bharat, ensuring accessible healthcare; Jan Aushadhi, offering affordable medicines; and PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, supporting farmers with direct financial assistance. “These schemes have given new wings to the hopes and aspirations of Indians, fostering a sense of dignity and opportunity,” he added.
Gupta further remarked, “Every effort in these 11 years has been made with devotion and a service spirit to ease the lives of citizens. The BJP government, under PM Modi’s visionary leadership, has worked tirelessly to realize the dream of a Viksit Bharat—a developed India where every citizen thrives.” He credited the success of these initiatives to the government’s focus on transparency, accountability, and people-centric policies. He expressed optimism about India’s trajectory, stating, “With PM Modi’s unwavering commitment to Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047, we are on track to achieve even greater heights.
Kavinder Gupta urged party cadres to spread awareness about the government’s achievements and engage with communities to ensure the benefits of welfare schemes reach every eligible citizen.
The celebration not only highlighted the milestones achieved over the past 11 years but also set the tone for continued progress toward a prosperous and inclusive India.
The event was attended by prominent BJP leaders, including Rajeev Charak, ex-councillor Ajay Gupta, Rakesh Sangral, Mandal President Surjeet Singh Sonu, Karuna Khetri, Sunny Sangral, Amit Mahajan, Subhash Kumar, Hans Raj, Vivek Patyal, Mukhtyar Singh, Sajan Sharma, Surinder Kumar, Kamlesh Magotra, Nitin Thapa, and other dedicated party workers.
