Gandhi Global Family felicitates Jammu Airport Director

JAMMU, June 17: In a warm and graceful ceremony, a distinguished delegation from the Gandhi Global Family (GGF), led by Padma Shri I.D.Soni, felicitated Jammu Airport Director Dr Sanjeev Kumar Garg and Mrs Babita Garg on the occasion of his forthcoming superannuation, which is scheduled for June 30, 2025.

Over the course of his illustrious tenure, the airport witnessed a series of remarkable developments that have significantly elevated its operational capacity and public service standards. Handover of land for the establishment of a well-structured taxi stand to ease passenger movement and improve connectivity.
Extension of the runway, enabling accommodation of larger aircraft and enhancing aviation safety protocols.
Successful implementation of various developmental projects under the ambit of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), benefiting both the airport ecosystem and surrounding communities.
Initiation of construction work for a modern, state-of-the-art terminal building aimed at offering world-class facilities to travellers.
Improved operational efficiency and passenger experience through infrastructure upgrades and staff empowerment initiatives.
In acknowledgment of his outstanding service and impactful leadership, the Gandhi Global Family presented Sh. Garg with a commemorative trophy and a citation certificate, symbolizing gratitude and recognition for his meaningful contributions to civil aviation and regional development.
