Under the dynamic guidance of Yog Guru Karan Ji, students and members from across Jammu, including various schools, are actively participating in unique Yog Nritya (Yoga Dance) sessions - a creative fusion of movement, rhythm, and ancient yogic practices. On 17th June, a special yoga session was organized at the Sansthan, followed by the chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa, invoking spiritual energy and collective positivity. The event also saw a symbolic tree plantation drive, emphasizing the harmony between nature and yogic living. Yog Guru Karan Ji extended his heartfelt wishes to all on the upcoming International Day of Yoga and invited the citizens of Jammu to be part of the free daily yoga sessions held at 6:00 AM at Hari ki Pauri, Vishwa Yog Sansthan, Jammu.
