Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, June 21: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Senior Citizens Club Udhampur organized a Yoga Camp exclusively for senior citizens, reinforcing the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle in the golden years. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from club members and senior citizens from the wider civil society. The camp was held under the expert guidance of Raj Guru, a seasoned Yoga practitioner and General Secretary of the Club. He led the participants through a series of simple yet effective Yog Asanas and breathing exercises, tailored to the needs of senior citizens. The session focused on physical flexibility, mental calmness, and holistic well-being.
