Jammu, June 24: Desh Bhagat University successfully conducted its Spot Admission Drive – “Carvaan 2025” at Jammu.
During this in a strategic move to extend its reach and empower learners with accessible, future-oriented education, Desh Bhagat University (DBU) has officially inaugurated its Information and Counselling Centre (ICC) in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
Desh Bhagat University President Dr. Sandeep Singh formally inaugurated the newly launched Information and Counseling Centre (ICC).
This strategic expansion aims to serve as a centralized hub for students and professionals seeking flexible and globally relevant academic options.
During an interaction with media persons here today, Dr. Sandeep Singh, President of Desh Bhagat University, said that the newly launched DBU ICC Jammu will offer expert guidance and support across a wide spectrum of programs, including, Regular Degree Programs, Online Learning Courses, Open & Distance Learning (ODL), and DBU Americas International Education Tracks.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Singh said that Equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a team of experienced academic counsellors, the Jammu centre is designed to support learners with personalized counselling, detailed program insights, admission support, and career planning services.
Dignitaries including Mr. Amit Kukreja, OSD to the President, Mr. Manjeet Singh, Director at DBU ICC Jammu, and Dr. Gurlal Singh, Admission Coordinator of DBU, were in attendance, underscoring the importance of the new counselling centre.
