| Gandhi Global family felicitates young Artist | | | Early times report
Jammu , Apr 27: With the aim ot spread peace and harmony. The Gandhi Global Family of J&K state branceh selected five yong singers and instrumentalists of the state as Brand Ambassadors included Jeevan Sharma, Jasmeet Kaur, Sunil Sharma and Joginder Paul respectively were also felicitated in a very impressive function held here today at K.L Sehgal Hall Abhinav theatre, Jammu.
As per release Gautam Sen Principal controller Defence Accounts Northerm Accounts was the chief guest. In his address her gave a massage regarding peace and non-violence and also stressed that one should not take it as a slogan but it should be come as a part of daily practice.
The prominent, who presided over the function, included R. L. Bharati Member J&K PSC, Prof. G.M. Bhat Director, Deptt. Of Disaster Management Jammu University, J.S. Tendon Jt.Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation Savita Bakshi Additional Secretary J&K Cultural Academy Jammu.
In their presidential address they emphasis on the importance of peace and non-violence for which the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi sacrificed his life.
The Bhajan Sandhya was dedicated to the great souls who worked tirelessly in order to practice and spread the massage of peace and harmony and no more with us today those included Rajesh Khyullar, Sudershan Gandotra, Hans Raj, Gaurav Sharma, B.R. Luthra and Mohd. Iqbal Mir.
The music for the programme “ Bhajan Sandhya” was arranged by noted music composer of the state Brij Mohan.
Earlier S.P. Verma, president Gandhi Global Family J&K State branch welcomed all the guest and gave a full details of aims and objectives of organization. In his welcome address he urged to al the human fro spreading peace and harmony which is the utmost need of hour in view of the world terrorism the release added.
