Sunil Kumar tragically lost his life due to electrocution recently. Prominent among those who accompanied Sharma included Sansar Chand, Vijay Kumar, Subash Chander, Rulda Singh. The visit underscored the party's commitment to supporting the rights and welfare of daily wagers in J&K, particularly in ensuring fair compensation and support for their families in times of need. Sharma conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family on behalf of the party, expressing solidarity during this difficult time. Sharma demanded suitable compensation for the family, emphasizing that the deceased was the sole breadwinner and struggled to manage family affairs due to the meager salary provided to daily wagers in J&K, which is often irregular. Sharma on the occasion urged the government to take immediate action to ensure justice for daily wagers who have been struggling for regularization for many years. These workers, despite their dedication and hard work, continue to face uncertainty and hardship due to the lack of regularization and fair compensation. Narinder emphasized the need for the government to prioritize the regularization of daily wagers, ensuring they receive the benefits and security they deserve after years of service.He stressed that daily wagers have the right to lead a dignified life, which can only be achieved through fair wages, job security, and timely payments. Narinder called for an end to the exploitation of daily wagers, who are often paid meager salaries without any job security or benefits.
