DARHAL, June 28: The Govt. Degree College Darhal organized an inspiring event to promote Fundamental Duties under the Shikshit Bharat initiative. The program aimed to educate students and the community about their responsibilities as citizens, emphasizing the importance of civic duty in nation-building. Through workshops, discussions, and interactive sessions, participants were encouraged to embrace their roles in upholding constitutional values. The event fostered a sense of patriotism and social responsibility, empowering individuals to contribute positively to society.
The event witnessed the active participation of the faculty, including Dr. Ghulam Abbas, Dr. Mohd Saleem Wani, Dr. Taseem, Dr. Anzar Ahmed, and several others, along with a large number of students from various semesters.
The programme was an initiative of IQAC and NSS wing of the college headed by Dr M Saleem Wani and Dr Mohd Akhlaq respectively. Principal Prof. Zamir Ahmed Mirza also addressed the gathering, highlighting the significance of Constitution Day in fostering respect and understanding of the Constitution among students and the community.
