| Batote-Doda road widening starts from April 29 | | | Early Times Report
DODA, APRIL 28 -District Development Commissioner, Doda, Syed Sharief-ud-Din today asked the BEACON authorities to start widening work on 22 km long Batote-Doda-Kishtwar road from April 29, 2009.
It was decided by DDC after consultation with the concerned authorities that the work of road widening/patch work shall be made by BEACON authorities from 11 a. m to 4 p.m daily. He said that during this period, the traffic should not ply on Batote-Doda-Kishtwar road near Assar.
The DDC asked the traffic police not to allow any vehicle to ply on that road from 11 a.m to 4 p. m daily. This is also for information to general public.
