Diploma engineers demand removal of pay anomalies

Jammu, Apr 28: The all J&K diploma engineers association have shown great resentment against the government for not removing the pay anomalies of Junior engineers.
Association, President R.S. Jasrotia in a meeting of Jr. engineers said, during the interaction with the committee it was agreed that entry level of diploma holder will be 6700-10,000 instead of 4500-7000, but said govt has failed to ful fill the promise. He also demanded en-hancement of fixed TA of Rs 30 since 1986 to Rs 2000 per month.
Keeping in view the enhancement of rates in public transport. He urged upon the govt to re-consider SRO and come up with new one so that problems of Jr. engineers are solved to some extent.
