| UP school organizes prize distribution function | | | Early Times report
Jammu, Apr 28: The United Public Higher Secondary School, Channi Himmat, organized prize distribution function today in school premises with fervour and gaiety for the meritorious students of the school, who scared 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions during the session 2008-09.
M.L.A. Raman Bhalla who was the chief guest on the occasion applauded the management and staff of the school for rendering marvelous services to the society. He said institution has reasonable fee structure with high standard environment and quality of education. He applauded the school management and staff for their dedicated services and commitment towards the students. Dr. Dua also appreciated the school administration for their valuable services. Excellent Board results speak about the quality of education imparted in their institution. School has grapped positions in the recently declared Middle standard results with lots of distinctions.
Principal of the school Rajni Sharma highlighted the achievements of the school and put forth the future targets to raise the standard of education how to impart quality education in the era of razor edge competition.
Abdul Gani Teli presided over the programe while Chamail Singh Charak ex-sarpanch was the guest of honour divisional Traffic Manager of Indian Railways for Ferozpur Divisions Ashok Kumar Sharma, Dr. S.S. Dua- member international HRPC and SHO Channi Himmat, Shashi Thakur were special invitees.
